2007 STEVENOT TORRONTES
Winemaker Notes: The “emblematic white wine of Argentina ”, very few Torrontes are being produced in other countries. You won't want to miss our 2 nd vintage produced exclusively for our wine club members and tasting room. White peach is the most commanding flavor, with melon and honeysuckle undertones adding to the complexity. The mouthfeel is surprisingly bold despite its almost clear color, and a balanced fresh acidity makes it a perfect choice for sipping or pairing with food.

2007 STEVENOT VERDELHO
Winemaker Notes:
The interaction of pineapple, green apple, passion fruit, lime, and anise makes this Portuguese varietal a truly inspiring addition to our lineup. Verdelho is growing exceptionally well in California , but is not very widely available, making this an interesting and exciting choice for Stevenot fans. We create this wine as our offering to the Sauvignon Blanc fans, who want intense more tropical fruit and ample mouthfeel.

2007 STEVENOT ROSADO
Winemaker Notes:
We crafted our Rosado this year with the introduction of Albariño into the blend.
While sampling the berries in the vineyards, a distinct sweet clementine character was revealed that we wanted to integrate into our Rosé. The experiment worked out brilliantly, providing us with a lovely dry wine, exhibiting candied strawberry and raspberry, with that touch of sweet citrus derived from the Albariño co-fermentation. This wine will make you yearn for hot summer days and family picnics. Enjoy! |

2006 STEVENOT CHARDONNAY
Winemaker Notes: A beautifully crisp and clean Chardonnay, this wine demonstrates wonderful fruit aromas of apricot, melon, and pineapple with vibrant flavors of pear, honey and lemon zest.
Food Pairing: This wine is best enjoyed lightly chilled. A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve chilled with your favorite cheese, pasta, poultry or seafood dishes. |

2005 STEVENOT MERLOT
Winemaker Notes: Offering rich red fruit in the mouth, cherries, plums, strawberries, and currants are complemented by notes of cassis, licorice, leather, and a hint of green tea. Fully integrated and highly structured, this balanced, dark, full bodied Merlot delivers a creamy texture and supple tannins that linger during a long finish.
Food Pairing: A wonderfully food friendly wine, enjoy with an array of dishes including roast lamb, grilled snapper, cheese soufflé, or pesto lasagna. |

2005 STEVENOT DANZA ROJA

Winemaker Notes: Potent, complex, and aromatic, this beautiful Spanish blend is rich and fresh in the mouth with an intense dark cherry color and ruby lining. This wine bursts with aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, currant, nutmeg, vanilla bean, black licorice and espresso with hints of cedar and clove.
Food Pairing: A lovely food wine, serve at room temperature with garlic chicken, spicy beef casserole, stuffed mussels or a simple cheese omelet. |

2005 STEVENOT CABERNET SAUVIGNON SOLD OUT
Winemaker Notes: Aromatically the wine shows a sweet, toasty spiciness, saturated in graphite and red fruits. Cassis, current, cinnamon, and cedary bramble berry flavors are supported by a framework of ripe tannins combining to produce a full bodied, complex wine of outstanding length and balance.
Food Pairing: Pair this wine with beef stroganoff, braised pork loin, veal scaloppini, or chocolate truffles. Enjoy now or hold up to five years.

2006 STEVENOT ZINFANDEL
Winemaker Notes:
In blending the 100% Estate Grown 2006 Zinfandel, we added an exciting new layer of complexity with the first yield from our Mourvedre vines, while a touch of Petite Sirah rounded out the wild berry flavors which make this wine intensely flavorful. Fruit forward with spicy black licorice, creamy vanilla bean, and soft pepper which complements blackberry and raspberry fruit, this medium bodied Zinfandel finishes with a lingering cinnamon and clove complexity.

2005 STEVENOT ORANGE MUSCAT
Winemaker Notes: Packed with flavors of tangy orange blossom and apple spice, the light acidity balances out perfectly the high residual sugar, creating a wine that is seductive, zesty, and rich.
Food Pairing: This beautiful late harvested wine makes a perfect partner to a wide range of desserts. It would be wonderful served chilled with a steamed orange and persimmon pudding, apple pie, or a decadent flourless chocolate cake. |

2006 STEVENOT GRAN RESERVA CHARDONNAY
Winemaker Notes: With a creamy, buttery mouth feel it lingers on the palette with a rich and lush intensity. Fruit forward and delicately balanced, it demonstrates wonderful tropical fruits with mango, pear, peach, and citrus nuances, all interwoven with a subtle yet crisp acidity.

2005 STEVENOT GRAN RESERVA TEMPRANILLO
Winemaker Notes:
This wine represents Stevenot Winery's commitment to making the finest quality Tempranillo in the Sierra Foothills. True to its varietal characteristics, in the glass this wine is a bright crimson red with aromas of mixed red and black berries and integrated spice and oak. The flavors are concentrated and ripe, with notes of ripe plums, wild blackberries, cocoa, toast and cinnamon showing vividly on the pallet; all of which are balanced perfectly with powerful tannins. An extremely versatile wine, this elegant, full bodied Tempranillo can be enjoyed now or cellared up to seven years for further development.

2005 RED ROVER MERLOT
Winemaker Notes: Deep cherry red in color, this Merlot is perfumed with enticing nuances of ripe berry fruits and delicate notes of spice. On the palate the sweet fruit fills the mouth, ripe cherry, boysenberry and jammy black currant lead to delicate overtones of sandalwood and tobacco.
Food Pairing: Complimentary to a wide variety of foods, this wine pairs especially well with leg of lamb, minestrone soup, barbecued salmon or eggplant parmesan. Enjoyable now, this wine will also improve with aging. |

2005 RED ROVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Winemaker Notes: Medium bodied with supple tannins, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright, fruity wine that is round and well structured. Aromas of cherry, berry, and cassis are layered with notes of dark chocolate and mint. The fruit is jammy and ripe, with dark, lush flavors that are vibrant and intense.
Food Pairing: A wonderful wine on its own, it also pairs extremely well with a variety of dishes including prime cut of beef, lasagna al forno, blackened Cajun chicken or chocolate cake with blackberry coulis. |

2005 RED ROVER ZINFANDEL
Winemaker Notes:
An artisan style Zinfandel, this wine is dense and concentrated, coating the palate and saturating the tongue with flavors of wild blackberries and dark jammy strawberries. The oak is well integrated and some lovely spice comes into the finish, along with notes of chocolate and white pepper. Serve this wine at room temperature. You can drink it on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of dishes including roast beef, Cumberland sausages, jambalaya or a dark chocolate soufflé. |

Winemaker Notes: A beautifully clean and fresh Prosecco, this lightly sparkling wine is filled with subtle nuances of ripe apple, peach, and pear, set against a core of earth and stone.
